This is a project of converting a building, which once was industrial, into a club is the oldest in this archive. It is significant, given the immutability of Ilchenko Studio’s priorities in educational projects.

First, significant attention is given to the graphic language, and secondly, we observe the work with physical models in contrast to the virtual ones.
