The building consists of two seven-story volume units with internal communication, where offices, coworking spaces for autonomous, exhibitions and performances (direct access), a small cafe, and underground parking.

Two building connect with glass transparent transition that complies with the main brick wall, but only displays it. Parking is separates the building from industrial buildings.

When we coming from the park, we see only first floor of the building. Tree trimming at the height of the first floor creates transparency to see how it works in general. Park integrates the patio and creates yard with direct access to the public space of the first floor.

“Balance walls” – as the desire to avoid excessive heat glass and overheating premises direct sunlight.
