How does it work?

In the first stage we are formed a yard – by means of stopping pavilions and rides bicycle parking block at the intersection of "green axis" and the streets leading from the city center. This is a basic public space not only for complex, but also the entire residential area. This local area flows into the smaller public spaces. Thanks to the openness and direct access areas of the first floor of the yard formed a chain consisting of public, buffer and closed spaces. Geology of the city and the region.

The project is proposed to use a retaining wall Gabion (Carpathian stone). In public spaces proposed use a block of demolition old buildings – as carrier “of the genetic code of the city.” In gardening – priority local meadow grasses and abandonment of exotic trees which are relevant to the gardens of the “new wave”.
